Item was delivered but completely fake and not authentic or of quality promised. Tag is left on and item is fully unused. Emailed website back to confirm how the item can be returned for a full refund as per their 30 day money back guarantee policy stated on the website. Emailed numerous time but no response. The website also claimed to respond to all queries within 24hrs. Feedback area is also available but cannot leave feedback stating 'feedback is closed! ' and only the company itself is faking all positive feedbacks! This website is ripping consumers off with all the high end label designer handbags at up to 85% discount on the real retail price - but their items are all bad fakes!!! please stop or shut down this website to prevent others from being outrageously ripped off..
