Stuart Jones runs a company called Business by design. When you initially telephone your enquiry he will spend over an hour on the phone with you trying to convince you to buy his services.
He asks you to pay money upfront before beginning any work and signing a contract. Once you have paid for the service it becomes very difficult to reach him by telephone. He uses a message answering service to pretend that he is a big company but he is a one man outfit.
He is a minnow pretending to be a whale in the business world. Although at 27 stone in weight a whale in the physical world. After a while he begins sending you e-mails saying he cannot do the work.
We paid Stuart Jones 1200 for filming a promotional dvd. He the took 587 worth of goods and services from us and never paid.
When we asked for the film because he refused to edit it he demanded more money although he had already ripped us off for card designs another 650!!
Anybody looking for help promoting their business is strongly advised not to go anywhere near this man. He has cost us so far 2, 500 and lost us new business. He changed our advertising and our phone stopped ringing altogether. Beware of this company!!
