This company is run by a man called Mark Higgins who is undoubtedly the rudest and most obnoxious thing I have spoken to in a very long time. He also trades under cheapleaflets.net. Back in Sept 08 I asked Mr Higgins to design some leaflets for us, which he duly did and we paid for. In Dec 08 I asked Mr Higgins to design some new leaflets, but after a couple of weeks we decided not to proceed as we could not get the offers ready in time, I emailed DP Design & Print to say we would not be proceeding but would be in touch later. May 09 I contacted Mr Higgins again and told him we would like to order more leaflets, I sent over some information for Mr Higgins to design a new leaflet, he acknowledged receipt. Two days later he sent over a proof copy prior to printing, which to say the least was shabby, ill prepared, thrown together, and very disappointing. I ranf Mr Higgins to say I was not happy with the design he said "Well go somewhere else then" I replied pardon he said well you ordered leaflets in Dec we designed them and you did not go ahead, so I told the designer to make this lot of new leaflets basic, not to bother. Mark Higgins is without doubt the rudest and most obnoxious so called business man it has ever been my misfortune to meet, had he have had a problem with cancelling the order [prior to printing in Dec ] then all he had to do was when I rang to place the new order say something like " since you did not proceed with the last order I am going to have to make a small charge for the artwork" that would have been fine and we would gladly have paid. I strongly recommend any company looking for a business to print leaflets steer well clear of Mark Higgins and DP Design & Print. But if you want to be insulted and spoken to like somekind of second rate citizen then MARK HIGGINS is most definately your man.
