Overcharged

I clicked on a web site that i visit regulary when it flashed up saying emergency ive got a virus, i chose to ignore but it wouldnt let me visit any other pages in which case in the end i aggreed to a 29.99 fee just to get it sorted, i knew it was ripping me off but needed it sorting, i checked my statement today and they have taken 51.29, by the looks of it this is a regular occurance with other people
