No boots and overcharged

I ordered £193 worth of Uggs from this site but received nothing and was greatly overcharged. 3 months later, I have tried to contact the company and they just keep giving me a tracking number which doesn't exist. I have taken up the case with Paypal but haven't received an outcome so far. Do not use this company!
