Illegal Subletting, Non repayment of rent owed

I also rented a flat in Twickenham from Peter Ogston who also goes by the name of Peter King and told me he is a DJ by trade. I wish I had searched on the internet before doing so as it appears himself and his wife Gemma Ogston have also scammed at least one person on the same flat before me, as well as scamming other people with regards to the sale of puppies (see the two other reports on this site).

He was renting a flat from a housing authority at subsidised rates and illegally subletting it to me. When they found out he was given an eviction notice. The first I knew about it was when he told me I had 7 days to get out. He apologised profusely and said he would pay me the 400 extra he owed me. Following a litany of excuses I have still to receive any cash.
