I've worked at garlands for over a year and the one thing that comes across is all talk no action. If it's true that our boss is milking money that really should go to us (ie getting 16, 000 from clients yet only paying the bare minuim then they should be held to account), the training is poor, stress levels are high, the canteen is poor but the staff who run it are understanding to our concerns.
next what can i say but the radio station sometimes i really would like to listen to the shipping forcast than a heavybreathing 70s freak. he should concentrate on the background and let some of the younger ones have a go. make it feel like a radio station also most of the computers are f... we mentioned time and time again about the poor quality equipment we have to work with (ie headsets that fall apart when u pick them up) on the whole boss you need to shape up or you're big ship is gonna sink and you'll be the last one on board.
