The quality of this CD-ROM is beyond the pale: you get more information for 1.99 if you buy a Health & Safety book at WH Smith. Actually, you get better quality info. free of charge from the HSE.
I promptly returned this worthless CD after I received an invoice; this does not prevent this firm from chasing you. In the end you realise that they are a firm of debt collectors, with no interest in providing a good service.
