once there could not loadload anything because my
computer is to old & slow. did not know there was
even a time limit. signed off. called 1-800-447-6439 after I recieved my credit card statement to see why I was charged when I did not sign-up.
that was the 1st of january charged 1.97 & 29.98 .
then on january 20th I was charged 19.98. the 1st time I called was january 25th, I was asked to call back in 48 hours, systems/computers down the 2nd time I called was january 26th, I was told the same thing and she asked for my e-mail address & credit card type
with number.
she said she would credit my credit card with a refund & remove my name and/or unsubcribe my e-mail address. she said it would take about 48 hours. she said I would recieve an e-mail when she had made the corrections. I have not recieved an e-mail about this matter being corrected. I plan to call back tomorrow that being the 29th of january
