I entered an adult web site give my credit card # for free access. Stayed only a short time but was still charged $19.95
The very next day I was also charged $49.99 I imediatly went to web site to cancel my so-called membership which I never agreed to. They claimed I never signed off, in which case I did. they agreed to refund my $49.99 but not the original $19.95. Their web site stated that there would be no added charges. However they agreed through emails to refund the $49.99 on 12/22/03 After many phone calls and emails of which I have still in my aol mail, I have still not recived a refund. I have even been hung up on. The standard answer is; we are sorry we will take care of the problem your refund will be to you in 7 to 10 days. As of today my contact by phone & email I am told that their computers are down probably for 2 weeks they cannot help me till then.
