Currenty pay £156 per quarter for BT broadband. BT also provide and maintain the national internet telepone and routing structure. Whenever there's a problem, it takes ages to get a reply from support. And, even then you only get over the phone assistance. We can never get our broadband problem resolved. We have tried all of the do-it-yourself advise. Nothing works. And BT do nothing. The telephone support puts you into a queue for half an hour (which means they have lots of problems from others), there is no email support, and the chat is a complete waste of time. Absolutely no reply after the intial query, see below as follows:

It is an expensive service. It is a technical service. And there is no satisfactory technical support!! We still wait for a solution!!!
