02 suprises

I have an 02 sim and when i topup i get a text stating that i have a ''o2 suprise'' . but when i do get my suprise i get free txts but i already recieve this service so what is the point of the suprise? also when i topped up a month later i thought i would wait for a month and then claim my suprise but then it tells me that i am too late! As a 02 customer for over 8 years i expect better than this and am very dissapointed and am thinking of leaving this company. sobia bibi 07927920989.
