I bought a retirement plaque with free engraving, I paid in advance and went to another shop came back a few minutes later and the plaque was ready, engraved with toBILL no space and wrong size letters, I asked for refund and was told there was nothing wrong with it and if I wanted it fixed I would have to pay extra and my refund was refused, I asked his name he refused this also, I ask for the managers name and he said just write manager, as I intended to write a letter of complaint, I handed in my letter of complaint and asked for a response within 14 days as yet I still have had no response.
