I ordered some flowers from right florist on 7.7.12.this was for my mum birthday on 9.7.12.i gave the wrong phone number of my mum. I was e-mailed the next day saying they could not deliver because they had the wrong number. I provided them with the right number with an apology on 9.7.12.they assured me the flowers would be delivered the next day 10.7.12.I receive a further e-mail on 11.7.12 from rflorist suggesting my mum was not present at delivery and that she had refused to accept the flowers. I rang my mum immediately to be told by her that at no time did any florist contacted her regarding a delivery, she also checked her miss calls and there was none recorded from rflorist. They have obviously misled me. I paid £36.28 for the flowers. This was taken by moneybookers.com on 8.7.12.to date the company has refused me a refund. This is a scam.please do not use this company to send flowers.max oosman
