No refund of postage on faulty goods

I purchaced a pair of Tuffa boots off of the Internet, from a company called Tack Direct. At first they were very nice, untill I had a problem. Then I sent them directly back to the manufacture (Tuffa). Found it was a fault in the boots (after 3 weeks of wear). It took them 3 months to send me a new pair to relpace them, with NO postage refund! Within 3 weeks the second pair broke. I sent these boots back in March 09, It took until Sep09 until I got a replacement, again with no postage refund for a faulty pair of boots.

I would advise nobody use either of these companies as they are sweetness taking your money, but are awful with problems. I have thought of court but just cant be bothered. It has gone on for too long now.
