Shergroup Bailiffs broke into my property because they failed to obtain a Court Order showing the premises they were meant to take possession of. Their Bailiff was actually a thoroughly decent man and gave advice which he now cannot admit to giving. We complained to Shergroup who eventually offered to pay for the damage caused and promised a cheque. No cheue arrived. They then promised a telegraphic transfer. No payment arrived. They then said they had drawn a cheque and i was being sent. No payment arrived. For a firm of bailiffs to unlawfully and or negligently interfere with third party property is bad enough but to promise payment repeatedly and then be unable to meet their debts as they fall due indicates the bailiffs are morally and financially bankrupt. They have been accused of bad behaviour before
