They charged quadruple the original estimate, without warning.
As well as the bills provided being incorrect and do not add up. It is clear this firm can not do simple maths.
They have made many, many mistakes such as incorrect info, typos, wrong dates, wrong amounts.
Many emails and calls have gone unreturned/unanswered.
Failed to provide requested documents.
Charging us for things that they shouldn't be or that didn't even happen.
We have given them a formal complaint and many of our issues have gone completely ignored. The issues they have looked at have been responded with a 'nope, no problem there, don't know what you are talking about' attitude.
Would I recommend this firm, heck no! (to put it politely)
I would even go as far to say that they are potentially being fraudulent by charging for things they shouldn't be and getting their bills wrong which in turn means they are taking more money from us than they should. I wonder if Mr Tax man knows of their money conning ways.
