Change of will

Having paid WTP to write my will I then paid their fee to allow me to change that will free of charge.
When I had meeting to change my will they charge a further fee which they said was for legal fee or registration fee.
After some time trying to contact them they said what I was trying to achieve was too difficult for them and I should try elsewhere. They then refused to return any paid fees.
