Used the chat first to ascertain that ISK were available, they said yes no problem, immediate delivery. After I ordered got back to the helpdesk to tell them I was online and ready to accept delivery, they said didn't know when delivery would be. WTF? Excuses over the next 2 days so took out a paypal dispute with them. Lots of mails saying that they could only send ISK if I cancelled disputes and not before. Clever scam as once a dispute is cancelled it cannot be re-instated and escalated to a claim. 5 Days later helpdesk are joking about keeping my money.
Obviously this will end with me claiming my money back, but avoid this company like the plague, they are wilful scammers, and have little or no intention of actually giving you anything.
