and they will supply me with a tracking number for the document, but ;couple hous later he sent me an email says that the lnland revenue office has stopped the cheque and they required the sum of 3500 pounds for the money to be released, accompanied with a letter supposedly from the taxation office with the signature of Mr. Richard Moore tel.44=701-004-7448. What arose my suspission is that the letter says that I should either send the money to elite courier or lotto company directly. Sir, I never heard of any tax to be paid through a complete stranger to pay tax on his behalf, I will fax your office with all the relevant emails exchanged. sincerely yours,
