[email protected] contacted me to advise that I would receive a refund for the £54.08 that they owed me on an order I placed in October, but still no refund. This is 23days late based on an email i received on 12th November, detailing that my refund would be in my account in 3-5working days.
The emails that I previously sent to scentmall.net have bounced back and I have noticed that their email is now listed as [email protected] I've adjusted all the email addresses I have for them accordingly and these are now getting through.
I try to call them every day but they do not answer my call, so I am limited to emailing.
I have no idea if I will ever get my money back from these people and wish with all my heart that I had never ever placed an order with them.
