Lycatel Ltd. cheated, tricked, deceived LONDON

I bought an online prepaid international calling card by the name Blue Moon for 5.As I finished entering my destination number I was told that I have 88 min. to my destination. However, after 11 min. sharp I was cut off and the automated female voice stated you do not have enough credit. Then of course I called Eurocallingcards.com who was the intermediary and complained straight away but they immediately referred me to Lycatel's customer services.

I called them and voiced my complaint and they gave me a reference number and told me to call back after 24 hours. So I called them today and after a so-called Mr. John David looked into my account he claimed that the system record showed that I completed my call for a duration of 89 min. Now, how could this be when I called both companies straight away and everything lasted no longer than 30 min. in total. My next telephone bill will entail all the evidence and each call was monitored and recorded. I will make sure that I see justice done and want to have my money back.
