On the 22nd May I purchased yout anti virus protection, My cmputer constantly shows that it is no protected. You took £76.22 from my husbands credit card on ths day and your anti virus protetion has never worked. it is a total scam and you should be ashamed, Both my husband and i are both out of work at the present time and we are both finding it difficut to make ends meet. I have e.mailed your company several times in the last few months and you have never replied back. We would like a full refund f £76.22 as soon as possible if we do not recieve a reply or a cheque from you in the next 30 days we will start court proceedings.
