VIRGIN is the WORST company ever that i dealt with!!!

Customer service is SHOCKING! Beign waiting for 3 days already for a manager to call me.

Ive had my line installed on the 28th February and today is the 9 march and still no broadband, i called yesterday and parrently my order failed and now i must wait another week!!! Just spoken to someone at the call centre, he puts me on hold while im talking!!! other internet providers installs the line and internet the SAME DAY!!! not waiting for a 2 weeks just for your brandband!! Everytime i call the call centre they keep saying ' i dont no'.. what the F***!!!

Shocking!!! i WILL NOT REFER ANYONE TO GO TO VIRGIN!
