I order an item from online shop. The site of the shop is www.jarvisonline.eu. When i received it i saw that i can't use it because the description giving me from the shop wasn't full. I get in touch whit them and they told me that i can return it and i will get refund of my money. I send it back to them and now they are not answering to my e-mails and phone calls. They are not giving me back the money and they don't give me any explanation why and it's already 3 weeks since i send it back. What can i do now?
