Taken my money & did not delive

Ordered mattress topper beginning of March. they promised delivery 2-4days.

its now almost end of march, i've not received the product, I have sent endless emails, their customer service is terrible. I have lost £70. How can they get away with this??? DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
