Misusing card details

I had a account with virgin and while moving i had canceled it and settled the account with virgin after paying the cancellation charges. Then also since last five months virgin is taking payments from my bank account saying card payment made. When i contacted virgin they said sorry it was not updated in the accounts department and the refund will be processed the day itself and money will be reflected in my bank the other day. Today it is a week i have been following Virgin and they only have one reply that refund is in process. I would like to complain against virgin for misusing my card details and breach of trust put on virgin.
