I brought your product on the understanding that it was £21.99. When i put my bank details in to pay for your product there was nothing to say that there was a charge of £12.95 and £10.95 making the product £45.89. This was a complete con and you have gave me complete fulse information! You cant say an item is £21.99 and display it as that if you are going to double the prise when someone pays for it! Please get back to me asap!
