I worked for TTM global for 16 weeks, had a bad start but then got gradually better, now when I started there must of been at least 35 people in the office and then the scamming started taking a chunk of people's wages, claiming the customers cancelled, he used that excuse to a collegue of mine but my collegue rang each customer up and asked if they'd cancelled to his surprise they all said no! Now it's started happening to everyone!!!
Especially me these past 3 weeks, this company must owe me 350 at the least! And owes others more! First the hours are terrible working from 10/11 in what they call 'atmosphere' til 12 the lm 12-8 in the 'field' no basic hourly wage! None of your travel is paid for, so many people are in debt to family, banks, loan company's due to this! Then you get told as soon as your promoted to assistant manager you will receive a basic wage of 400 a week! Thats bull!
One of the assistant managers has had to lend 250 off a team leader (someone below him) and then 2000 of someone from another office just to pay for his apartment (penthouse) whilst having people who don't have experience looking for new experiences working free of charge for the company! Knowing I'd people quit they will easily find a idiot happy to join the company!! Making the company look like rainbows and butterflies, people fall for it all the time!
He doesn't are as long as he's making money! He talk to you like a piece of sh*t, if you don't make any sales or less then 3! Outlet because he isn't making any money! He made the whole of the office have a shot of the hottest chilli sauce saying that it was a laugh!!! When no it actually wasn't!! Don't fall for the bullsh*t's put more people in debt that would have been better off staying on the dole! Just don't fall for his bullsh*t! Companies sh*t! He makes it sound amazing!!!
