I would not recommend Prseitz in the slightest. The event I ordered the dress for got cancelled before I received the dress. I contacted the company to cancel my order but was told it had already been shipped 2 days previous. When I contacted the shipment company they informed me it had literally been shipped (not 2 days previous).

This resulted in me wanting to return the order, as the dress was not custom made and the company states a return policy on the website, I stupidly assumed this would not be an issue. BIG MISTAKE!!

The company has continually avoided my request of a return address and following in excess of 15 emails, I still have yet to be sent one. For all those not aware the company appears to be based in China, contact from the company is not professional and there doesn't appear to be any returns option, even though it clearly states there is on the website. I have had the same conversation 3 times, where the company are persuading me to keep the dress for a future event, even though I have explained there will be no future requirement for this dress.

I would also like to point out that I also had to pay excess customs to receive the dress on top of the delivery charge I already paid.

Thoroughly awful experience with a company, which on the surface, appears to be professional.
