I have made several postings on here regarding the company Vistaprint. I have a small business called Andrea Hudson Piano. My first complaint was made on 20/03 and was entitled: "RIPPPED OFF: Unlawful retention of my money". However, as I am new to this complaints procedure, and have been under much duress from the company Vistaprint, I mistakenly listed my own business as the subject of complaint. It seems that Google have immediately picked up on my mistake and taken advantage of it. The afore-mentioned complaint appears at the top of the first search page for Andrea Hudson Piano. I of course realized my mistake immediately, and have taken measures to edit my post, which have been in place for some time now. They do not seem to have been so quick to list the website relating to my business, Andrea Hudson Piano, which has been republished by Vistaprint without my permission. However, Google seems to be very slow in updating their systems, to reflect the true subject of complaint and title of my post, giving a detrimental and false impression about my business. I would like Google to correct this error as soon as possible- least they themselves give the impression of deliberate malice and collaboration with Vistaprint.
