I made the mistake of thinking this was a legitimate agency, based in Canada. I initially thought this because I saw them on Facebook.
Big mistake. This company states in their terms and conditions that by virtue of accessing their website, you agree to the terms and conditions. Most sites have you click an accept button before they charge you additional monies (I was charged 72.62 and 48.16 Canadian, in addition to the 2.46 I was charged for the 'free' grants kit). It's a good thing I check my credit card online, daily.
I called back to complain and they refunded 50.42 and 31.52. So they still took me for some cash.
This company is not even based in North America, never mind Canada. They are in England.
Word to the wise, check everything for ripoff - never assume the site is legitimate.
I see numerous other people have the same opinion on this site. I am going to try to start a thread on Facebook pointing to usaconsumercomplaints.com, so others aren't sucked in like I was. Who has the money or time to waste on this???
Very disappointed
