Refused to support paid programs ripoff Internet

On Jan. 27 I purchased the program "Media Audio Capture" for $19.95.
The program worked flawlessly for quite a while but stopped working abruptly.

Downloading a newer version and reinstalling a few times had no effect and the program refused to work.

After numerous emails sent to e-soft.co.uk asking for support they stopped responding to my questions and requests for support of a program which I paid for.

I since gave up trying to get cooperation from them.
