Hi,
I made a booking through you, but get charged much more on my credit card than what you specified amount was, then you say I will get the money back that was paid extra. But still haven't seen any of this.

Then you email me and say the resort were I have booked cant accommodate me anymore, they have closed down, but when I contacted the resort myself they are fully operational and not closing at all, so WHERE is my MONEY?

You have messed with the wrong person here, I'm busy typing letters to ALL the newspapers, and will make sure EVERYBODY know what you are doing
