I ordered 20 dvds from thier website 1 month ago today. they promised delivery in 7 -10 days. the dvds totaled 13.09 they charged my credit card 49.95 2 days after ordered. they advertise NO CATCHS-NO GIMMICKS. I went back to thier website and started looking for hidden charges. at the bottom in very small letters i found terms of use. after 4 pages about 3 or four paragraphs down they were charging me a monthly fee of 39.95. i cancelled that immediately told them i just want what i ordered.after 3 weeks i started calling. every timr they would say it will be there tomorrow. i began emailing them every day without an answer. finally 11 days ago they emailed me and said the dvds were lost in the mail. they asked me to confirm my address and they woud resend them. i confirmed my adress to every email address that they have. i have not heard from them since. no new order number, no confirmation, no anything. i have called 3 times and emailed 6 times. no response at all. thier us biz hrs are 10 till 7 central time . i called twice during biz hrs yesterday. first, yhey put me on hold and then i got a recording saying i had called after hrs. i am convinced this company is nothing but a scam! by the way, my first order number was 145656903
