On March 16th I emailed Vocalix to cancel my membership because I could not find any other way to do this on the website.
I received an automatic email from you the same day confriming Vocalix had received my email, gave me a reference number and stated they would process my email as soon as possible.
There was nothing further from Vocalix until the 7th April when I received an automatic billing notice to say Vocalix was billing me another USD29.95. This was 3 weeks after I had received an acknowlegement on my cancellation.
I emailed again on the 7th April refusing to accept the charge and asking that Vocalix cancel the billing immediately. I also reminded Vocalix that I had already cancelled my membership. There was no reply but Vocalix went ahead and billed me for USD29.95 on the 7th April.
I then used the "unsubcribed" link on Vocalix emails in case this is how they expect members should cancel their accounts but this simply cancelled the emails.
Vocalix again charged my credit card USD29.95 on the 7th May.
After supplying my bank with copies of all the emails they reversed the last two credit card charges on the 18th and 19th May but Vocalix has again charged USD29.95 to my visa card on the 7th June.
Today, 27th June, I again emailed Vocalix and have just received another automated reply again telling me my email will be processed as soon as possible. I have been trying to get Vocalix to understand I cancelled my membership for over 3 months!
What do I have to do to get Vocalix to understand I cancelled my membership and have no interest in them or their product. How do I stop them billing my credit card?
