I would like to express my frustration in both the service webfusion offers and the complete lack of customer care. Having received a form by email from webfusion in September I promptly completed the form to the affect that I no longer required your services and faxed it back to them. Despite this, webfusion has continued to send me invoices!
Why is it so complicated just to end my subscription? webfusion do this to make more cash I am not in the office so can not send a new fax all the time not that I should have to considering I already did this 7 or so months ago! It is near impossible to get through to a representative on the telephone. My matter is still not resolved and I am not satisfactorily. I am still receiveing further invoices from webfusion and they dont give me any confirmation that they records my cancellashion.
