Express - Ebay ripoff, dishonest, fraudulent, scam, theft England

An individual messaged me through eBay regarding an item I was selling. We came to an agreement for him to purchase the item.

From the start it was on his terms and he refused to deviate from his requests. He would go on to request that I sign up for this escrow service and so I did.

He claimed once the escrow service "ok'ed" the transaction between both of us, he would send them his payment and would then await for me to send the item to him.

I sent his item the very next day and when he received it, all communication between myself, the buyer and the escrow service ceased.

I attempted about twenty times to contact through email both parties and was unsuccessful each time.
