I was tricked into making a payment for £69.00 over the phone,

When called back few moments later and requested a cancleation for the request.

I have been waiting 4 months for my refund

Sent many E Mails and had many phone conversations

They just make so many excuses

Yet i have not received my refund

Very bad company to get involved with as they are just theifs who know how to take money only.

Be warned
