Goods were ordered from this company and paid for through PayPal. The goods were unsatisfactory (batteries did not work). They were sent back by recorded delivery and signed for. A refund was promised as long ago as August, but is still not forthcoming. PayPal do not want to know as they only guarantee items purchased from e-bay. Dispite many attempts e-paffer have not refunded my money. If you are considering using electronic cigarettes as a means to stop smoking DO NOT USE E-PUFFER. THEIR GOODS ARE USELESS AND THEY WILL NOT REFUND DESPITE THEIR GUARANTEE TO DO DO.
