Difficulties accessing account

I have been having great difficulty accessing my account on Fotolia since last week end. Attempts to contact them have met with no response and the hotline number - which I have rung - on their website belongs to another party. That party has tried to contact them about this problem but has received no response to their e-mails.

What can be done about this?
