After Sending of a letter of cancelation in May (letter to be 1 month before cancelation) to Matchmaker Marketing to end our Campaign, Our last invoice came in june and payments stopped all seemed ok.
Now in November Precision Media Has phoned us saying they bought over Matchmaker Marketings Database and that our campaign has still been running since and that we owe them 4 Months Payment, They also claim they spoke to me in June Saying That i agreed to carry on with Campaign, But I was never contacted by Precision media in June & did not agree to anything.
Please can you advise me on what i should do now as i would not like them to chase me for debts i do not owe.
