The product life clense was ordered as a free one off offer. Debit card details were needed for shipping charges. 3 weeks later the sum of £74 was taken using the debit card for products which were not ordered and also have not been received. Bank could not help. I have tried to find a contact address but can't get any information except I have found out that this company are being investigated for fraud.
