Significant breach of distance selling regs

Advertisment for a free sample that required card details for small post and packing charge. They provide NO company or contact details, send sample in an envelope with no source details so no ability to return. Then they start removing significant sums (£96) from your account. On complaint they claim (and I quote them directly from their email):

"You were billed £96.35 on the 14th day of your trial as part of the terms and conditions that you agreed to when purchasing your trial order. For a full review of these terms and conditions, please go to the specific site you ordered from and click on the "Terms and Conditions" link at the bottom of the page.

This payment also includes a free membership to the Anti-Aging Store's Beauty Club. This membership comes with great benefits including:

- 50% off Anti-Aging Store products

- Exclusive special offers

- Prize drawings

- Regular newsletter

- Monthly Auto-shipments

You then were set up on an automatic shipment.

This is in significant breach of the Distance Selling Regulations. There is nothing on the free sample order form that indicated T&Cs - they ask only for P&P payment, nothing to inidicate auto shipment and no means of stopping the shipment.

They do not answer the phone and on writing to complain I have received just this one response so I have no means of remedy.
