Bro that sucks, I tried a Sizegenetics and I don't know if I would call it a scam, but I definitely couldn't use it properly. I agree they don't want to know you if you have a problem though. The tension was wayyyy to heavy even on lowest setting/marker. Just was not doable for me.

It may have been a blessing in disguise that you didn't receive it. Hope all worked out for you in the end, I think more and more people are waking up about crap extenders these days due to sites like these.
