I ordered a prescription from Horizon Drugs on 8/25. I'm still waiting to receive the order.
I have sent 4 emails to their customer service department for an update. NOT ONE, of the emails have been answered.
The only way to contact Horizon is via email customer support or a telephone number located in St. Kitts, West Indies.By the way, the telephone number is not toll free. After calling the number, I got a voice mail message stating, "to leave a message, someone will get back to me". To date, no response.
In addition, shortly after doing business with this company, fraudulent charges where made to my credit card.
I've threatened to go to the BBB, and to write review of my experience on the internet, obviously they could care less.
Appears I'm out of the funds used in good faith to purchase the drug. Thank God my immediate health was not dependent on it.
They market themselves to make you believe they are a pharmacy out of Canada. It is unclear where they actually are if they do in fact exist.
