Like a plonker I sent for the free trial and said I only wanted the free trial. They ignored this and debited my account for £53.97 one month later.
I called my bank and they gave me the details of the company as above but just to make sure you get it

My bank told me to write to cancel, which I have and sent recorded, they also gave me a date that if the goods are not received they will do a charge back, so I suppose I'll get my money back eventually. If by some chance the goods do arrive I will return them under the sale of goods act for a refund. I like the COOP Bank they are really helpful.
