Mini Credit Loans Company have been taking money from my account without my permission, I had a loan with them for £250 which I missed the repayment date for because of being in hospial, they have taken out enougth now to cover the loan, but keep adding interest at large ammounts, that the loan goes up instead of down, they are leaving me with no money to care for myself and my special needs son. I have cancelled my bank debit card to see if this stops them, I can never get them to anwer their phone or e-mails, what can I do about this matter.
