My credit card is regularly being debited fraudulently by Healthsmile, Elite Pack, Improve Health and I'm sure there will be more names to come!! All are part of the same group - Dazzle White. I have at long last managed to contact them using the phone number provided by someone else on this site - thank you for displaying it. Having just talked to my credit card company in the UK, they have advised that 25% of calls they are receiving are in connection with Dazzle White and their associated companies - there are 00000's being scammed.
I have now been able to secure address details for returning anything they may send you and thought it may be useful for others if I posted them on this site - here they are:
