I clicked on the products advert for facial cream to obtain my free trial product which arrived by DHL the next day but with no indication of what I had spent... now my statement has arrived and I have spent £29.95 on RL Skincare 08000124 CD 4246, £5.95 on a smaller product and£10 on SHOPPERSDISC.CO.UK which I didnt even know existed. I tried to contact them by phone and the number given didnt exist .0800 124 256. I have sent them an email to say I do not wish for any money to be taken from my account and am well within the so called 18 day cooling off period... I sent it to [email protected] and have no reply. What else can I do please?
